Template for a very basic page. In Internet Explorer, click on "VIEW" then "Source" to see the coding. In Netscape, click on "View", then "document source" for the same information. You'd need to substitute your own organizations information for that of "AZ to Zebras" of course and of course if you're not 501(c)(3), etc then you'd want to delete that. Feel free to utilize the template, but be sure to remove the bogus information.

Barnes & Noble University offers some free online classes from the basics in building a webpage to the more advanced concepts. They do try to sell the books involved, but there's always Half.com or your local library if necessary.

AAA Free Clip Art has links to many more free graphics sites so that if you don't find what you want there, you can keep looking.
Sounds
Free Web Space
This is a good way to start a website at little or no expense. All of these offer varying amounts of space available and restrictions and some claim copyright of your material, so compare first. Also watch out for annoying pop-ups - those are a real turnoff to many folks looking at sites and most of the freebies offer legitimate ways to not have them.
Most ISPs (AOL, Earthlink, MSN, Prodigy, etc) offer a small amount of webspace, usually about 2-10 megs, to their subscribers as well - check with their Member Services to find out the details.
Web Rings
Equine Rescue Webring set up to link rescues from around the world.
Equine Rescuers Webring Loop links sites that are dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, and prevention of cruelty to equines around the world.
Equine's Salvation Web Ring - for sites with info on rescue and/or slaughter awareness or information. Does not have to be sole focus of the website, but must have some info/mention.
Database Inclusion
